Cycling News:

Clement calls time on pro career

Stef Clement has decided to retire from the pro peloton, and will take up a new role with Team Jumbo-Visma next season, the team has announced. The 36-year-old turned pro with the Van Hemert Groep – a Dutch Continental-level team – in 2003, and has since ridden for Bouygues Telecom, Rabobank, Belkin and IAM Cycling, and, since 2017, for LottoNL-Jumbo, as the team was called this season. While the Dutch squad changes name to Team Jumbo-Visma for 2019, Clement has decided that he wont be continu...

Speaking with Press Association Sport following recent news that Sky would no longer support the super-successful British team, Vaughters, who runs the EF Education First WorldTour programme that grew from Garmin and Cannondale, said the teams £3...

New Chinese WorldTour team open to talking to Team Sky

The CEO of the Chinese Global Cycling Project, Tim Kay, has said that he would be open to taking over the Team Sky set up when the broadcaster pulls out at the end of 2019.
