Bill Chisholm has finalized his ownership group and has obtained full financing to move forward with his purchase of the Boston Celtics at a $6.1 billion valuation. When the deal was announced in March, Chisholms offer had not yet been fully financed. The sale will not become official until it is approved by the NBAs Board of Governors in either June or July.
